FULL ENGINE OVERHAUL
At our facility, when an engine is received, we carefully disassemble it and conduct a thorough cleaning. We meticulously inspect all parts of the engine, utilizing techniques such as Magnetic Particle Inspection, Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection, and Ultrasonic Inspection of crankshafts. The entire engine and its components are then inspected to the exacting standards of the OEM manufacturer. Once the engine has been reassembled, we subject it to a rigorous testing process to ensure it meets the original manufacturing standards. Prior to shipping, our skilled technicians conduct a comprehensive inspection of every aspect of the engine to ensure it meets your specific requirements and specifications.
THE PROCESS:
1. We perform a complete tear-down of the engine, meticulously visually inspecting all parts and components.
2. All parts undergo a thorough cleaning process.
3. We conduct inspections of all parts and components, employing techniques such as Magnetic Particle Inspection, Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection, and Ultrasonic inspection of crankshafts.
4. An inspection report is provided to the customer, including detailed disassembly and inspection photographs.
5. Crankshafts, counterweights, connecting rods, and rocker arms are re-bushed as needed.
6. The engine is painted in Continental gold, Lycoming grey, or custom colors upon request.
7. The engine is meticulously assembled in accordance with applicable OEM manuals.
8. We ensure compliance with all applicable Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins.
9. The engine undergoes thorough testing to ensure its performance.
10. We provide service and support throughout the process.
